Faculty Of Education Research Day Through this faculty-wide event, we hope to increase communication and awareness about research being conducted within our Faculty. BC Ministry of Education's 2002 Education Research Symposium Co-hosted by Edudata Canada, t his annual symposium is an opportunity for professional educators and academics to get a glimpse of some leading-edge education research. The Ministry funds unsolicited research proposals from qualified, institutionally based scholars. The themes at this year's symposium were: Numeracy; Literacy; Social Responsibility; Writing; Data, Accountability and Performance; Aboriginal Education; Diversity in Education ( March 23, 2002, Simon Fraser University.)
