If you need to submit your projects' research measures for the catalogue, please begin by completing Form 1 to describe the overall study, detailing researcher and sample information. Second, complete a separate Form 2 to describe each measure used in that study. If there is more than one study please fill out a separate Form 1 (with corresponding Form 2(s)) for each study.

For a guideline of how each field should be completed in the forms and an explanation of some of the terms in the form, please consult the Field Definition document. The Construct Thesaurus gives examples of how in Form 2, for the field 'Construct Measured (1)', a general Construct Category should be used with a related but secondary Construct Measure applied for the field 'Construct Measured (2).'
