About Edudata

Based in the Faculty of Education at the University of British Columbia , Edudata Canada acts as an information broker for data relating to BC's K-12 school system.

We hold all the BC Ministry of Education data from 1990 onwards, and help researchers, educators, and policy makers to access, analyze, and make use of that information. We can also assist schools, school districts, and other institutions ("data owners") to organize and warehouse their data in an effective, user-friendly way that allows that data to be put to use for the benefit of BC students.

At Edudata, our mission is to increase data and knowledge sharing and to facilitate successful research and policy collaborations.
