Through The University Presidents' Council of BC, TUDBASE data are collected from each of the public universities in British Columbia on a yearly schedule which started in 1984/85.

Data sources are institutional Student Information System, Financial Management Information System, and Human Resources systems. Also accessed are BC Statistics, Statistics Canada, and CAUBO data. Data are submitted to TUPC and posted on the TUPC web site in pdf, excel and html formats.
